Oh, yesterday was so much fun!

I really don't know how to explain it all, and I'm sure nobody has the patience to read it all, but I'll just tell you it was really fun.  People brought presents even though I really didn't want them to--hehe, I'm glad they did, though, I feel loved--and these presents included Spirited Away [all RIGHT!!! *dances around happily*], a sweet jewelry box, a poster, lip gloss, CANDY [double all right!!!], a notebook and pens 'n stuff . . . wowzers!  And it wasn't even my birthday! Well, sort of, I guess, it was a party, buuut . . . [wowzers?  That's a new one . . . yikes]

And Sam left early.  I SO did not know that.  I knew that Abby and Cassie would have to leave early, but when Sam left I felt REALLY bad because poor Shane was left all alone with five super-hyper talkative females.  He seemed to take it really well, though--he assured me himself he was okay with it. ^-^ Is that brave, or what?  Not many guys would brave a group of girls alone . . . haha, I'm glad everybody could make it though.

By the way, speaking of that, to any males reading this blog--I want you to know that even though I tease men constantly about their gender and how they act, etc., I really do respect men, I am not a feminist by any means, I do not think "all men are idiotic pigs," and overall, any ramblings or teasing regarding boys should be taken lightly.  If I've offended you with anything, I'd like to apologize.  No, you are not morons, yes, you have feelings, and . . .

ADAM K., FOR THE LOVE OF PEREGRIN TOOK, I AM NOT YOUR "HUNNY," I AM NOBODY'S HUNNY, AND I AM NOBODY'S PROPERTY AND I DO NOT HAVE A BOYFRIEND AND I AM PROUD OF IT SO LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

*takes a deep breath*

Honestly, I don't get it.  The modern "dating system" is so screwed up.  I mean, I know people who are younger than me by a LOT that are dating right now . . . I'm just curious.  Does anyone at this point in their life know anyone at this moment that they'd be willing to spend the rest of their life with?  I'm not trying to be skeptical, here, I just wanna know what people are thinking.

Well, today, I'm going to be gone most of the afternoon, because I'm going to be babysitting Mia Kruze's little girl [8 mo.?  Maybe?  Help me out?] Ana.  I'm gonna take Spirited Away over there so that I can watch it without ticking anybody off, heehee. ^-^

So, yeah.  Great Friday, and probably a good Saturday in store for me.  Sunday'll be great, too.  I don't find our Church liturgy boring at all.  Not when you get to sing a lot.  Yeah, yeah, I know, that sounds strange for a teenager, eh?

Speaking of Church, we're trying to convince our Bishop, Finke, to move here from California because we need a presbyter.  We had one for a while, but--naww, I won't get into that, it's a long and depressing and just a rather personal story. *sweatdrop*

I really have nothing else to say, umm . . .

Sayonara, and Aishiteru, y'all! ^-^

~~Valerie~~

P.S. I've been thinking of changing my layout again, but I have no idea what to do with it...any ideas?
